That's why if you are a first-time customer and are not completely satisfied with your purchase after 60 days, we will refund your money.

All we ask is that you email us at hello@miribelnaturals.com, letting us know what you didn't like about the products. At this point we will either send a return label so you can send the products back to us, or we can help you troubleshoot why the products didn't work for you.

Once we receive the product we will refund your money. Easy peasy!

**Please note - We will not be able to refund the cost of shipping. You will also be responsible for cost of the return label.**

Do I have to wait 60 days before reaching out for help?

Absolutely not! The sooner you realize you need help and email us, the better! We know there is a learning curve with any new product. We want to help you figure out how to use the products so you can have the best experience possible!

We offer this guarantee because we believe in our products! All our products were personally formulated by the owner, originally for her own hair, and they are still the only products she uses!

Do you refund shipping costs?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of shipping or the cover the cost of the return label. Once we receive your returned items in the mail, we will refund the cost of your purchase less the cost of shipping and the return label.

Does this guarantee apply if I purchased from a retailer?

Unfortunately, the guarantee does not apply if you did not purchase from us directly. If you purchased from a retailer, and would like to return your products, please contact the retailer directly to learn about their return policy.
