I like it, but I feel it has similar hold to Harry's or Jelly which is why I gave it a 4.
My very fine, very curly and super frizzy hair loves the Extra Hold gel. It makes my curls shiny and defined.
I got the sample sizes of the extra hold and of the silky smooth gels. My hair is dry, coily, super porous, frizzes if you look at it funny. And my scalp is a hot mess from a youth full of colorful chemistry and straighteners, very sensitive these days. The extra hold gel on wash day is fantastic hold and shine for my hair that refreshes well with a mist of water for days. When the mist isn't helping so much, a teeny dab of silky smooth pulls it all together again. No flaky weirdness on my scalp, no frizzing out after one sleep, these products are so so good.
I prefer to support small businesses, so I was excited to try MIribel Naturals. I have very thick medium texture curls that are graying. Products don't have a scent, which I like, as I'm pretty sensitive to heavy fragrance. However, if I used too much of the cream it weighed down my curls, too much gel and it was super crunchy. I did not find it lasted well and I felt I wanted to wash my hair more frequently. I'm sure these products are great for some, just not me.
