Refund policy

If you are dissatisfied with your Miribel Naturals products, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Legacy My Soigne products are all final sale and non-refundable.

Miribel Naturals cannot refund the original cost of shipping, and you must return the product(s) you wish to return. If you are in the U.S. and would like store credit, Miribel Naturals will cover the cost of shipping for your returned product(s). If you would like to receive your money back the way you paid, you will be charged the cost of shipping for the return label.

To start the process of returning your Miribel Naturals product(s), please email hello@miribelnaturals.com letting us know which products you would like to return and why.

Once the items are received and inspected, we can issue a refund the way your item was purchased or issue your store credit.
