Shipping policy

 Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be fulfilled during our high volume peak season and sales. This does not include shipping times.

If you pay for expedited mail service, this will take effect once your order is fulfilled and dropped off at USPS or UPS.

Miribel Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a status of delivered. If you experience this, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and filing a claim. We are happy to provide as much information as possible for the claim.

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@miribelnaturals.com with photos of the damaged products.

If your package was returned to us because an incorrect address was provided we can either refund you for the items, excluding shipping costs, or for an additional shipping fee, re-ship the products to the correct address.

If you gave the incorrect shipping address and your order has not yet shipped, please contact hello@miribelnaturals.com.

If you decide to use USPS Priority mail, and your package is lost in transit, please file a claim via USPS.com. If you need assistance, please reach out to us at hello@miribelnaturals.com.

USPS and UPS transit times are not guaranteed. Please contact USPS if your package is taking longer than expected to get to you.

If you are a customer outside the U.S., please keep in mind international shipping can take weeks or months to be delivered. Your package will be subject to additional customs fees once your package enters your country. Miribel Naturals is not responsible for additional fees, and these customs fees are not included in your shipping cost on miribelnaturals.com. Please feel free to also check out our list of international retailers on our Where to Buy page.

Miribel Naturals does not refund because of the refusal to accept package or pay customs fees. If the products are returned back to Miribel, we will issue a refund for the products only.

First-class international packages via USPS do not come with insurance. If you choose first-class international via USPS and your package is lost in transit, we, at Miribel Naturals, cannot assist. For insurance, please choose international priority mail.
