The pump on the flaxseed gel will not open no matter if I turn it to the left or right. I have to guess how much gel to use. Very frustrating.
I noticed a huge difference after the first use. Now that I have been using for a couple of weeks, I can’t imagine using any other product. My hair is so much softer and healthier. It also has a wonderful light and natural scent.
I’ve tried so many products from Prose to Kitch, and your gel is my favorite item for my curls!
I really liked all the samples. My favorite was the scalp scrub. Realistically, the products are too expensive for me and my budget. But they are lovely.
Pros:
- don't need a ton of product to get decent hold
- moisturizing and forms a good cast, hair doesn't feel dry or crispy after scrunching out the cast, even without using an oil or serum
- no scent or unpleasant odor
My hair type is fine, mainly 2B, with some 2A and some 2C pieces scattered around. It's hard to get definition and moisture without weighing my hair down or making it look greasy, which hasn't been an issue with this gel!
This is my new go to gel, it give a great cast, and the best hold
I love this product. It is pricey but a little goes a long way especially if you sleep with a bonnet on. I'll be purchasing again!

Love this product. I dont need much , so it last. Smells good, keeps my hair in place. Haven't experienced it with southern summer. We will see. I am hopeful it will be just as great.

This is the only strong hold gel I use now. Want locked in curls? got it. Slick back that won’t budge? Check. Want a low maintenance curl refresh? Add some gel and water to your hands and apply to slightly damp hair. TY for upping my curl game!!

I really love the flaxseed gel styling products. I think next time I’ll go for the extra hold. I was concerned that it would be too heavy for my fine hair but I bought the sample size with my last order and it’s amazing.
I ordered the 1oz bottle just to try it. I got the silky smooth gel, the protein cream, and the dreamy curl cream. I am blown away at the quality of each. Ive ordered the full size bottles and I hope this product will always be available for mt curly hair. Im 42 and my hair has never looked or felt better. I haven’t used gel in 2 decades because no one wants crunchy hair!! This does not crunch but boy does it curl!! Thank you so much.
I try do use products that are as natural and “clean” as possible, but I also want them to work. The Extra Hold Flax Seed Gel does this! Great product!!

The shampoo is amazing! What I love most is how little product you need to suds up and your hair feels so silky and soft yet manageable. Didn’t have as many tangles either! 🙌It’s magical! I love all the products but it’s great to have a shampoo as my base and then the protein cream and the extra hold gel and my curls love it all, which means I love it all! No perfumes either, just perfection!
