Try to use a satin or silk scrunchie instead of an elastic that will pull on your strands.

We love to use our Satin Scarf. Not only will satin reduce frizz inducing friction, but keeping your curls from moving too much overnight will also keep them looking fresh. By wrapping your hair, you preserve the shape and condition overnight.
